A special Surprise Proposal in Manarola
Daniel’s Dream: an intimate and special marriage proposal
Daniel contacted us a few weeks before their trip to Cinque Terre because he wanted to propose to his girlfriend, Sophia, in the most romantic and intimate way possible and needed help in planning and capturing this moment.
Finding the perfect location to propose in Cinque Terre can be a daunting task if you:
- are not familiar with the area or unsure about where to pop the question (there are so many choices!)
- want to avoid the most crowded spots while still having a beautiful background view of Cinque Terre
- dream about an intimate and private proposal
Luckily, we are here to help you choosing the best options and locations to propose in and around Cinque Terre. We can make sure you have a memorable and unique proposal, even during high tourist season, with no crowds around.
When Daniel told us he couldn’t wait to spend the rest of his life with Sophia and was looking for something out of the ordinary that would make his proposal unforgettable, we knew we could help. During our online discovery call, we discussed his ideas and expectations, and we suggested a sunset boat tour along the Cinque Terre coast, with a proposal on the boat in front of Manarola.
Seeing his big smile, we were sure we had found the perfect way to start their life journey together.
How he proposed in Cinque Terre
- A drink in Riomaggiore (where they found an amazing accommodation by the water) while waiting for their private boat
- A Cinque Terre sunset boat tour
- One of the most beautiful locations along the coast for the proposal (in front of the colorful houses in Manarola) with their favorite song playing as background music
- Champagne pop to celebrate
- An engagement photo session in Vernazza
- Dance party at sunset around Monterosso
- A typical Italian Aperitivo in front of Riomaggiore at dusk
- A romantic al fresco dinner in one of the best restaurants in Riomaggiore
She said Yes in Manarola
On the day of the proposal, we met Daniel and Sophia at the harbor in Riomaggiore. The boat ride was filled with excitement and anticipation.
As we approached Manarola, Daniel knelt down and opened the ring box, and Sophia gasped in surprise and joy. Tears filled her eyes, and she said yes without hesitation. We captured every single moment of this magical proposal, from the tears and laughter to the breathtaking scenery.
Romantic Photo Session in Vernazza
After the proposal, we took some time to capture some romantic shots of the newly engaged couple in Vernazza. The town’s vibrant colors and picturesque scenery provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s love story. Sophia and Daniel radiated joy and happiness, and we felt so honored to be part of their love story.
The weather was a bit crazy that day, but the emotions were so strong and they were soaking it all in that they didn’t even notice it (and that actually made it even more romantic, like in a movie!)
They toasted and hugged each other and danced to the music of their favorite songs under the rain.
